Should quotas be implemented in companies?

2. A Form of Racism Against White, Heterosexual Men?

Do quotas reverse discrimination by condemning white, heterosexual men instead of women and minorities?

4. The Copé-Zimmermann Law: Effective?

Since 2011, the Copé-Zimmermann Law has mandated 40% women on corporate boards. Have you noticed an improvement in the status of women in companies since then?

5. Less legitimate women?

Women apply less than men for positions of power or leadership. Due to a lack of female candidates, or for want of better options, companies select less competent profiles. Do quotas make women lose their legitimacy?

Well-paid senior positions are scarce and highly coveted. To obtain them, the rule is that there are no rules. Imposing female quotas for these roles – is it sending them to the slaughterhouse?

7. Fewer Women Leaders, a Personal Choice?

If there are so few women at the head of companies, it might simply be because they have chosen it. Do you think women are underrepresented by choice?

10. Quotas for white people?

Should we also create quotas for men, white, heterosexual individuals? For example: in the French football team, basketball teams, mosques, community associations or feminist organisations?
